Steve and his sister were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. We just needed new flooring for a very small kitchen and dining area. There was only one other flooring business that would even go so far as to come to our house to measure the area, and even they never sent the promised estimate.
We learned about The Floor Shop through a friend, and we feel lucky that we did. We visited there a lot, especially considering the job was so small, and we always felt like we were their only customer.
The job was started and finished in a single day, and it looks great. We are very happy with it.
